  • Business Insurance Certificate Registry Module
  • Business CO Module

Learn More About The Modules

Business Insurance Certificate Registry Module: In various states, business owners and rental unit owners must maintain certain liability insurance policies and register certificates of insurance. This module allows communities to easily keep track of who has and hasn't submitted the form, while also charging an administrative fee when required.

BCO Module: All commercial occupancies require approval to operate. This approval is granted, after Zoning Officer approval, and after a fee has been paid and all inspections have been satisfied. A Certificate of Continuing Occupancy (CCO) is also required for every non-residential property whenever a change in occupancy occurs; which involves re- inspection of all areas of life safety.

All additional software solutions deployed by Middletown in 2024 will continue to simplify and digitize once manual, paper-based government processes, allowing for government workers to dedicate their valuable time to more pressing municipal tasks, and saving constituents the hassle of traveling to city hall in person.
