Accessibility Statement
GovPilot Effective Date: April 7, 2026 Last Reviewed: April 7, 2026
Our Commitment to Accessibility
GovPilot is committed to ensuring that its digital platform and online content are accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities. As a provider of government management software serving local governments across the United States, we recognize our responsibility to uphold inclusive digital access. We strive to meet the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), and in alignment with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), including the U.S. Department of Justice final rule published April 24, 2024.
Standards We Follow
The GovPilot platform is designed and maintained to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines are organized around four core principles — that web content must be:
- Perceivable – Information and user interface components are presented in ways that all users can perceive, including text alternatives for non-text content, captions for multimedia, and sufficient color contrast.
- Operable – All functionality is accessible via keyboard, users are given enough time to interact with content, and navigation is clear and consistent.
- Understandable – Content is readable, pages behave in predictable ways, and users are assisted in avoiding and correcting input errors.
- Robust – Content is compatible with current and future assistive technologies, including screen readers and voice input tools.
Scope
This accessibility statement applies to all web content and digital services provided through the GovPilot platform, located at www.govpilot.com, including:

Exceptions
Certain content may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. Recognized exceptions under the ADA Title II final rule include:
- Archived content – Documents or web pages created before our compliance date that are not updated and are maintained solely for historical reference.
- Pre-existing documents – Agendas, meeting minutes, and similar documents created before the compliance deadline that have not been modified.
- Third-party content – Content posted by third parties not acting at GovPilot's direction (e.g., public comments or externally hosted embeds).
- Individualized documents – Password-protected, personalized documents such as individual resident account statements.
We are actively working to bring all content into compliance and will update this statement as progress is made.
