Important Information Regarding Scheduled System Downtime

By govpilot

GovPilot is excited to announce that we are moving our platform and all its components from our current cloud provider onto the Microsoft Cloud (Azure).  Our team has worked tirelessly over the past 6 months to make this incredible transition a reality.  Here are some of the many benefits from this move:

  • Security: the GovPilot platform will be secured with the latest Microsoft technology
  • Enhanced Data Protection: all data will be encrypted, secure, and backed-up in multiple locations
  • Scalability & Performance: Azure provides limitless room to grow, all while preserving performance
  • Business Continuity: Azure allows for rapid restoration of services due to natural disaster or security events

With this transition we need to make all our users aware of some important dates to make sure you have enough time to plan accordingly.

  • July 1st (Friday 12:01 AM EST) – Access to GovPilot, apps and forms, will be closed

  • July 5th (Tuesday 12:01 AM EST)Access to all sites, apps, & forms, will resume.

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

Thank You.
