GovPilot Academy Reaches 1,100 Users, Powering Customer Success in Local Government

It's been an exceptional year for the new GovPilot Academy. Nearly 1,100 users now use the Academy for training and support. User growth has surged 10% in this quarter alone.

From day one, GovPilot has understood that software is only as effective as the people using it. We created GovPilot Academy as a cornerstone of our customer experience. We've doubled down on creating comprehensive, accessible training resources that meet our users where they are, whether they're new to the platform or looking to master features of modules they’ve used for years.

The Academy is a dynamic learning environment designed to grow alongside our customers' needs and provide certifications that ensure users feel empowered to do their best work.

New Content Addresses Critical Functions

Our most recent addition to the Academy catalog addresses one of the most requested topics: how to easily use the powerful reporting features of GovPilot. This short course offers a new certification and walks users through the essential skills of extracting, analyzing, and presenting data from their GovPilot system.

In an era where data-driven decision-making is crucial for local government operations, this training empowers officials to transform information into actionable insights. With better insights, officials can optimize resource allocation, saving time and money. Timely and comprehensive reporting also demonstrates accountability, and, with GovPilot, reports take just minutes to write.
